Pick up your car

REX requires that each customer meet the REX rental qualifications. REX requires that the renter present: • Reservation number confirmed by REX. • Passport. • Valid credit card. • The cash rental qualification if the customer pays cash.

Cancellations

REX will not charge the customer a fee for canceling the reservation, but REX appreciates if you contact our reservations department on reservas@rex.cu

Payment

REX accepts following payments: • Credit cards (Visa, Mater Card & Eurocard & JCB Cards) . • Cash (Cash deposit & Credit card as a guarantee).

Gasoline

Gasoline is included in the daily price.

General issues

Rex is responsible for the chauffeur´s feeding and customer should cover chauffeur accommodation whether they are out the limits of Havana city.

Payment conditions

• Credit cards (Visa, Mater Card & Eurocard & JCB Cards) • Cash (Cash deposit & Credit card as a guarantee) • Terms of payment are net cash and in local currency CUC. • REX shall conclusively determine any currency conversion. REX reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue payments.

Deposit

Customers must pay for a deposit of 250cuc in any of our payments forms. It will be refund at the end of the period.
